The delivery point for shipments to a Post Office and City Pack are chosen after payment. If you do not choose a collection point we will send your order to the collection point closest to the address provided with your order. The order will remain at the collection point 15 calendar days from the day of the SMS notification from Correos.

Orders with Premium Post or MRW Domicile delivery made between 10am on Friday and 11pm on Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

CANARY ISLANDS

We do not ship directly to the Canary Islands but you can place your order through E-LOG "CLUB E-LOGGERS". Check the conditions here.

*Shipments outside the European Union will be invoiced free of VAT. Any customs or import taxes are charged in the country of destination.

FOLLOW YOUR SHIPMENT:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 14 days from the day you receive the products. To do this, we only ask you to notify us in writing by email to hello@notable-notebooks.com indicating the necessary data to locate the purchase. For our part, when we receive your mail, we will communicate, via email, the receipt of it, indicating the process to follow.

In order to comply with the refunds deadline, the communication relating to the return of the purchase must be sent before the corresponding deadline expires.

In the event that the return is due to causes attributable to Notable-Notebooks (defective product or not coincident with the reference purchased) will be Notable-Notebooks who will be responsible for picking up the products and / or exchanging them for the correct taking charge of the costs associated with this return and / or exchange.

In the event that the return is for reasons not attributable to Notable-Notebooks such as changes in colour, size or other characteristics, which are due to a change of opinion or error on the part of the customer when making the purchase, the customer must be responsible for sending us the products in perfect condition, in their original packaging (unopened), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days after receipt of the products.

In case of return Notable-Notebooks will reimburse the customer all payments received, except shipping costs. The direct cost of returning the products must also be paid by the customer being . Notable-Notebooks will proceed to make the refund within 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of the decision to return the purchase and will do so using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction or by means of a gift voucher with no expiry date. Notable-Notebooks reserves the right to withhold the refund until the products have been received.

We donot accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped to United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, Peru, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, UAE United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, India, Philippines, Indonesia, Bahrain, China, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Malaysia, Oman, South Africa, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, Israel, Egypt, Serbia, Turkey, Russia, Cyprus.

Return service. We offer the possibility of contracting our service of return of merchandise. Service valid for Spain (including Balearic Islands). Packaging is not included. It is recommended to keep the box from Notable Notebooks for returns. You will receive a link to create a shipping label and you will have to deposit your package at any post office. The cost of the service is deducted from the refund of your order.
